Richard Gee is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Argus Realty Investors, LP. He has more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience in brokerage, syndications, acquisitions, debt and equity financing, asset management, joint ventures, and development and rehabilitation of commercial and apartment projects. Over the course of his career, Mr. Gee has held senior management positions with both institutional and privately held companies, overseeing numerous multimillion-dollar commercial real estate acquisition and rehabilitation projects. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami
