Mr. Totakhail has several years experience in the commercial real estate underwriting. Prior to joining Argus, Mr. Totakhail spent over 4 years with CB Richard Ellis’ Financial Consulting Group in Newport Beach, CA. While at CBRE as an Associate Director, He personally underwrote over 80 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at over $9 billion using ARGUS, Excel, and other custom proprietary software. Other analysis included, but not limited to; lease vs. ownership, lease renegotiation, sublease/lease buyout, sale/leaseback, and identification of financial statement and tax implications of proposed real estate transactions.
Mr. Totakhail has extensive knowledge in a wide array of commercial property types ranging from office, retail, industrial, & multi-housing. Besides his expertise in the real estate investment market, Haris has a great understanding of lease structure & lease negotiation. He received his Bachelors Degree from The University of Colorado at Boulder, with an emphasis in Finance & Real Estate and currently holds a California Real Estate Broker license.
